Out of Europe, out of the Premiership Cup! What a disatrous few weeks for the Chiefs.......surely the wheels come off?  Actually not as neither can be said to have been due to a lack of quality over those weeks.  The Chiefs ended their Euro campaign with a blood and thunder loss v Munster in Ireland and are out of the Prem Cup because of it's very strange structure.  It would certaunly have been good to progress in both tournaments but not doing so certainly won't harm Chiefs prospects in the Premiership.  OK they won't get game time for some of the squad but it'll ensure the whole playing force will be fresh for the rest of the campaign.  I'm sure training will be intense with everyone pushing to nail down a starting place in every remaining fixture.  In the mean time some of the guys are getting valuable International experience and our new boy for next year (Stuart Hogg) has shown what we have to look forward to.  The backline options should be pretty exciting and I'd love to see Hogg, Nowell, Slade, Devoto, Woodburn, Simmonds and White take the field together.

Agreed Moorsman. No issues with dropping out of Europe or the Cup. My only wish would have been to have kept Cordero. Other than that, like JS has pointed out, we have a pretty formidable set of backs next term and it should be an exciting time! Concentrate on the League now, now distractions and hopefully another trip to HQ will unfold. Wheels are firmly attached as far as I can see!!
