The Chiefs travel to Sale this Saturday and will be keen to get back to winning ways following last weekends defeat to Sarries.

The Chiefs travel to Sale this Saturday and will be keen to get back to winning ways following last weekends defeat narrow to Sarries. However it's not going to be an easy place to pick up a win given Sale's recent form. Although they lie 7th in the table Sale still have a game in hand (v Bath) which could, given Bath's current form, leave them knocking on the door of a top 4 spot. Given a points difference of 2 suggests they have been involved in some close run games whereas the Chiefs have a points difference of 123! The bonus points column also highlights a difference between the sides with Chiefs picking up a BP in all but 3 of their games.

What about Saturday then? Sale will be missing one player who always seems to perform well against them as Josh Beaumont will be with England in Rome. There squad still looks pretty strong though.

I'm sure both Thomas The Tank and James Short will be looking to add to their try tally. The Tank leads the AP try table with 7 so far this season and looks in the sort of form that took him to 16 last season andShorty is hitting a rich scoring vein of his own.

Here's hoping for a Chiefs win and their first double of the season.

In true British form I am going to comment on the weather, looks a lot better in Manchester than down here so hopefully a decent game in which the Chiefs can run the ball like we know they can. Another tough game but I think they can come away with the result.
