Another pressure match with all to play for when Donny visit Sandy Park on Saturday.
Play-off 'pool B' week 4
Exeter Chiefs v Doncaster Knights 
Exeter Chiefs v Doncaster Knights On we go to week 4 and a return fixture 7 days after the Chiefs kept up their good record against Donny. It now stands as Won 9, Drawn 1, Lost 1 but continued the series of close results at Castle Park.
With Nottingham also winning away at Old Deer Park it's all to play for in the final 3 play-off games. Exeforever was able to put in a positive review of last weeks game "Donny-moi les Quatres Points Merci". and I'm looking forward to another positive performance to report on this week.
It's great to see the players building momentum and playing with the patience and precision we expect from what is a close knit squad.
So, what about week 4? Both sides will have taken positives from last week but I think home advantage will help the Chiefs to an important win. Although, the play-offs appear to be destined to go right down to the wire with highly pressured games before we can even think about what comes next.
With the new North Terrace now open there's plenty of room so to quote Exeforever "bring a friend or six next week and cheer the boys on to greater heights".

Great result - 5 points and brill for points difference, thought attendence would have been a wee bit higher! (I Really cant say anything - I wasnt there)

Try and imagine the Chiefs best ever all round performance at Sandy Park and you will be quite close.
A great game, some brilliant rugby played. A shame about their soft second try, but overall fantastic - Rob Baxter should sleep easy tonight! A mate of mine was in the. north stand and was impressed. Another good crowd ,I am looking forward to going back to Sandy Park on Monday evening all ready!!!
Brilliant day, sunshine, beers, good spirits all round, decent sized crowd.
Fantastic display from the boys...a comprehensive destruction of a side who got more desperate and dirty as the game went on. Some electric breaks, of note where Haydns and Jessys... job well done boys. All eyes to next week now.

Great game and nice new stand, only one thing missing. Anyone know where's the best place to buy a drum? An extra drum in the North would be good. Well done to West and East drummers today and to the Oggy man.

Well done to the Donny supporter amongst us in the East terrace north, he made his voice heard.
We chanted our hearts out, voice a bit rough this morning so glad im a "CHIEF! Chief!! CHIEF!!!"

Great view from the north stand and great rugby. Hope Scaysbrook isn't too badldy injured as he has been my man of the match for both Doncaster games!

Hi guys,
Well what can you say about yesterdays game apart from the intent was clear from the start our re start work was quality that first driving maul was a thing of beauty. If all the final passes had gone to hand it could have been a cricket score. I have not however seen a side loose control that spectacularly in a long time and by my reconing that is the first red card at SP. If we can repeat the dose next weekend then we within a shout of securing top spot and a home semi final. Great work lets keep it going guys.

Can anyone explain to me why the Donny Prop, Toma Toke, the one with the big hair, was substituted in the first half by Lewis Thiede, not apparently with any blood injury, then in the second half was brought back on to replace Nglau Tau, the other prop, then almost straight after, Michael Cusack, the other prop replacement was brought on? None of which appeared to be injured!!
Clalan - you must have been stood close to me then. That Donny supporter was stood right in front of me during the first half, he moved slightly for the second half.
My ears are still ringing. He gave as good as he got though and was good fun.
I do like this kick and chase game we are adopting though (said with tongue firmly in cheek).

Yep. We are nearly always in that area. Sometimes just the other side gap in the middle but always there or thereabouts.
