It's time to look foward to next season's player sponsorship. The Tribe were lucky to sponsor Lewis Stevenson last season and will be hoping to find a good replacement for season 2009/10.

Last season The Tribe were fortunate enough to sponsor Lewis Stevenson but we'll be looking for a new player this year as Lewis plies his trade with Quins in the Premiership.
If you want to be a sponsor but can't afford the full amount join The Tribe and buy a 'share' in our sponsored player.
We're still waiting for details of next season's sponsor packages but I do know we won't have to go through an auction. which is good news for my nerves!!
Those who took part know how it works so email or PM me with bids. If you'd like to join in this season drop me an email or PM me for details. The cost of a share will be £20 as with last season.
The fund has already got a great start with the donation made by Lewis Stevenson's parents.

Moorsman you can count me in and lets hope that whoever we get is as good as last years!!

I now know that an academy player is £500, established squad player £750 and established player in scoring position £850.
Thanks to those who have already responded but we'll need to recruit a few more sponsors.
Perhaps we can pool The Tribe resources and go for an established player in a scoring position to get maximum publicity

The Away Tribe are the regular away supporters. The craic is fantastic and the Away tribe are a very enthusiastic bunch who know how to have a good time.
They are also very loud and 75 of them can outchant over a 1000 Doncaster fans, so much so that the supporters listening on the radio wondered if there were actually home supporters in the ground.

Remember the figures quoted to sponsor the players will be plus VAT, currently at 15% this makes the top rate a total of £977, so need 50 donors @ £20 a time. Go for it
Count me in. I't Going to hard to chosse with so many godd playser coming into the squad.

I did a full sponsorship last year but at those prices I'm not going to be able to afford it this year. So, how about I lob £100 into the Tribe's sponsorship?

Moorsman I have given up trying to PM you it says you are an unknown recipient or something like that!!! We will have to do it in public!!

I had the same problem yesterday, if you double click on Moorsmans name in one of the messages above it will open Moorsman's profile. You can then choose "send a private message" from the options at the bottom. It worked for me.

I hope that works Zymurgy, as I'm not sure waht damage 'doing it in public' would do for my already limited street cred

Go on then Moorsman - you can have £20 now that Setanta have gone bust and I'm saving money on that!!
Im willing to give an extra £5 if others will follow me.Would i be right in thinking Moorsman that we need another £60 or £70 to get one of our first team players?.Lets face it anybody that has to follow Lewis as the Tribe sponsored player has got their work cut out.

So if there's a few more Tribe members who want to add some 'special' interest to the season let me know asap.
