Brighton have today signed Trevor Benjamin for Leicester City, only a short time after he agreed to come to the club on loan... The club today signed Leicester City striker Trevor Benjamin, only a very short time after he came to the club on loan.

I couldn't figure out if he cost any money (I'm tired, OK...), but there is a chance that Mark McGhee decided to spend some of Norman Cooks recent investment in "furthering the club" (see next story)

Benjamins purpose is apparently to "supplement Chris McPhee and compliment Leon Knight"

Could this form a new striking task force, like the combination of Yorke and Cole at Manchester United in 1999? Only time will tell. Other than that I've got to stop wittering and post the other story...
