This Saturday Albion make the journey to Hertfordshire for their fixture against Bishop's Stortford.

With Albion in 6th and BP in 7th with just one point seperating the two, this could prove to be a defining game of Albion's season. A win keeping them in the mix at the top, a loss and a slip into mid-table mediocrity is likely.

The game will be a challenge for Albion in that whilst Albion lead in terms of tries scored, points conceded etc, The four wins to date have been against the bottom four clubs, although the three losses have been against teams in the top 5. To their credit Albion have secured try bonus points in every match so far, a feat shared with the leaders, Rams and Cambridge.

While Bishop's Stortford have also won 4 out of 7, their 3 losses have also come against each of the top 3 clubs. Meanwhile, 3 of their wins have come against mid-table teams, albeit lower than Albion it gives credibility to their current position.

Forecast - A close game but Home advantage will benefit BP - so a win for the home team. At least one bonus point for Albion potentially two.

Weather - Dry with sunny spells, possibly the odd shower about with a gentle breeze. Quite warm for the time of year.

Games of the week - Rosslyn Park v Cambridge - Third v Second. Whilst Rams have a more comfortable fixture against Birmingham Moseley, they have the opportunity to move a game clear at the top of the table.

Footnote: Former Albion player Dan Powell is listed amongst the Bishop Stortford squad, but not played this season.
