The news of Albion's climb up the table and excellent results is going viral with the four gentlemen pictured having travelled all the way from Holland to watch the game against Fylde a couple of weeks ago. When I first saw them I mistook them to be Fylde supporters having a beer before the game but when I spoke to them they surprised me by saying they were from Holland having pre booked their travell and hotel arrangements in order to see Argyle play having noticed their progress in the F.A. Cup and of course the league. Unfortuneatly the game was postponed until the following Tuesday so they came anyway to see what other sporting delights were on offer in Plymouth. I hope they enjoyed the experience not having seen a live game of rugby before. Although I'm told by one of our ladies squad that Holland have a useful 7's team. I trust you had a good journey home lads.
You will have the chance to watch another player tomorrow who spent a couple of seasons at Brickfields by the name of Heath Stevens who is now back playing his rugby at Butts Park having joined us for the 2013 season I think it was under Shanners then being snapped up by London Welsh where it didn't work out for him having a bad injury soon after he arrived there. When London Welsh folded he was with Jersey for the rest of the season than took a post coaching and teaching at a London school before signing a contract back with Coventry to run alongside his job in London. He's down to wear the 13 shirt against us.
