Paul Jewell will stick with the same side that lost 4-0 to Liverpool on Saturday due to tactical naivety and general sloppiness.

Captain Arjan de Zeeuw is still struggling with a toe injury while wingers Gary Teale and Antonio Valencia are still out with hamstring injuries.

West Ham midfielder Yossi Benayoun could return to the squad after recovering from the knock to the knee that kept him out of the Everton game.

Danny Gabbidon still has a knee problem so James Collins will deputise.

Paul Jewell: "We were disappointed to lose the Liverpool game in the manner we did but we have to look forward.

 

"The first half was one of those things that can happen in football. Liverpool were clinical and gave us a lesson in finishing.

 

"I wouldn't say it was the worst football we have played - believe it or not we have had worse than that.

 

"It was a bad day at the office. I don't normally like to brush things under the carpet but we were playing Liverpool and they were going to give someone a hiding - unfortunately it was us."
