Yesterday we discovered something interesting. BMW Sauber is officially recruiting a new Race Engineer. "What is this for?" is the important point. Some say it may be to comply with the 3rd car proposition by Ecclestone, but we think its more likely that it is to substitute Mike Krak, who was the Chief Race Engineer, though apparently has just left the team.
Rumours say that his departure was down mainly to the fact hat he was hoping to climb up the ladder after Willy Rampf took a step back becoming Technical Coordinator, but he didn't get that offer. Seems personal affairs influenced as well. All in all, he has now joined Collin Kolle's new F3 team as technical director.
You can find the job offer at:

Ah, if you are skilled and qualified for the job, don't hesitate to submit your application!
