It was reported that the squad went to the Lake District for team building or moral building exercises at a top retreat for professionals. The course the lads where on is called SDI (strength deployment inventory).
This helps with conflict resolution, comfort zones, how you behave under pressure and understanding each others behaviour. Looks like it was money well spent then as a draw against Chelsea was a huge boost for the club, especially considering their 4-1 drubbing of the red half of the city of Liverpool is still fresh in people's minds.
