Tim Cahill will be rested soon by David Moyes in a bid to bring the Everton midfield ace back to form. As Lee Carsley returns to training and is nearly match fit for Everton, Moyes will use the extra player to give Cahill a break as two years of non stop football is now taking.
Lee Carsley has been injured since the start of the season and his return, along with VDM and Beattie, will give Moyes the opportunity to rest the midfielder. It is unclear as to how much time Cahill will be given to rest as in November he is required to play in South America for Australian national team as they bid for a World Cup place under Gus Hiddink.
The turning point will be the Dinamo Bucharest game where Carsley is planning his much needed return back to first team football.
