Gary Megson - Bolton Boss

Bolton have had 21 managers in their 131-year history with the most successful being Charles Foweraker as he claimed three FA Cup's in the 1920's. The club is currently managed by the experienced Gary Megson.

Before 1898 the team was picked by the club secretary but this was all to change at the start of the 20th century as the team was allocated a manager in it's own right.

Nowadays as is the case with Bolton, there can be up to 30 people assisting the manager including health and fitness experts, psychologists and data analysts.
