Knox Appointment Confirmed


Archie Joins Bolton

Bolton Wanderers have confirmed that veteran coach Archie Knox has joined the club but not in the role of Assistant Manager as was previously speculated by the press in some of this morning's newspapers.

Instead the Scotland U21 boss has joined the club as Coaching Co-ordinator and he will work closely with current coaches Ricky Sbragia, Gary Speed and Jimmy Phillips.

Knox, who has over thirty years coaching experience, will begin his role right away to see him back in domestic football for the first time since he assisted Richard Gough at Livingston a couple of seasons ago.
