Hungary U21 international Adam Bogdan has signed for Bolton Wanderers on a two year deal from Budapest Vasas following a successful trial spell and the capture of the young goalkeeper is expected to be followed by the transfer of Norwegian international Daniel Braaten.

The 20-year old Bogdan spent last season on loan with Hungarian second division club Vecses and he will work alongside Jussi Jaaskelainen, Ian Walker, Ali Al-Habsi and Przemyslaw Kazimierczak during his time at the Reebok Stadium.

Braaten on the other hand is close to sealing his £425,000 switch to the Trotters after watching the club in action during their 3-0 win over Espanyol on Wednesday evening.

Speaking of the Norwegian Braaten, Wanderers boss Sammy Lee says that there will be more talks and a medical occuring on Thursday where hopefully the deal can be concluded for the 25-year old.

"Danny Braaten will be at the club tomorrow for further talks and for stringent medical tests. I am very hopeful that he will sign for us but there's still along way to go." said Lee

This summer new manager Lee has brought in nine new faces and he is still in the market for more before the closure of the transfer window at the end of this month.
