Todd Parts Company With Bantams

Bradford City have sacked former Wanderers manager Colin Todd after he steered the team to just three victories in the last twenty matches. City currently lie sixteenth in the League One table and have now decided to part company with Todd, who has been in charge at the Bradford & Bingley Stadium for just under three years.

Todd has had to work under severe financial difficulties during his time with the Yorkshire club and many players such as ex-Wanderer Jermaine Johnson, have had to be moved on.

The 59-year old famously guided the Wanderers to a record ninety eight points total in their First Division Championship success of a decade ago and has also since managed Swindon Town and Derby County.

During his time with Bolton he brought in players such as Eidur Gudjohnsen, Claus Jensen, Mark Fish, Per Frandsen and Nathan Blake as well as current players Ricardo Gardner and Jussi Jaaskelainen.
