Bolton have finally managed to obtain a work permit for Iranian World Cup midfielder Andranik Teymourian after weeks of wrangling. The 23-year old joins the club from Abu Moslem after starring for his country during the recent World finals in Germany and Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce beleives that the promising midfielder will have no trouble in adapting to the Premiership.

"Andranik is a talented player and somebody who I believe will be able to adapt to the tough demands of the Barclays Premiership.

"He impressed a lot of people during the World Cup and I am delighted that we've beaten off a lot of competition to get his signature." said Allardyce to the clubs official website.

Teymourian should have been a Wanderers player much sooner and was already training with the club but the relevant authorities threatened to hold up the move due to his lack of games at international level.
