Liverpool have been given mixed news ahead of tomorrow nights crucial champions league clash with Barcelona at the Nou Camp. French International Nicolas Anelka cant play as he is ineligble and Michael Owen is out. Better News is that Steven Gerrard out for the last 5 weeks looks set to return to the starting line-up, Jari Litmanen looks favourite to start in attack with Emile Heskey.

The last time the two clubs met at the Nou Camp it was a 0-0 in last years UEFA Cup semi final in which Liverpool won the 2nd leg 1-0 at andfield and went on to progress and win the UEFA Cup. The Most recent meeting between the two at anfield saw a 3-1 win for the men from Catalunya, Liverpool need a win to win this one to stand a good chance of going through to the quarter finals of the champions league. (fingers crossed).
