Liverpool have agreed terms with Senegal International midfielder Salif Diao. Diao currently in the far east with Senegal preparing for the oppening World Cup match against France.

Reds Agree Terms With Sedan

Liverpool have agreed the terms of the deal to bring Senegal international Salif Diao to Anfield. The defensive midfield star is currently with his country in the Far East preparing for the World Cup finals.

The Reds have taken a big step towards signing Salif by agreeing a transfer fee with Sedan, believed to be in the region of £5m.

The Pool Will have news of when this transfer is completed.
