Liverpool Keeper Chris Kirkland will miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury he suffered against Crystal Palace.

Kirkland 21, who had established himself as Liverpool no1 will miss the rest of the season with posterior cruciate ligament damage after a clash with Crystal Palace Forward Dele Adebola during the 4th Round FA Cup clash with Tervor Francis men at Selhurst Park.

A MRI scan revealed the knee injury and it promised to be a great season for cK1 but he will now have to sit it out on the sidelines.
