There are five replays in the Scottish Cup Second Round this afternoon, with 6 non League sides looking to progress to take on the big guns.

We are guaranteed at least two Non League sides progressing to the Third Round with two of the ties featuring all Non League sides.
This first sees Highland side Golspie tavel all the way down to the South Ayrshire coast to take on Girvan for the right to play Stranraer, which may give Girvan the edge as this could almost be classed as a derby fixture in the next round.
Another side with a long journey is Wick Academy who have to travel to the borders to take on Whieheill Welfare, and the winner of this tie will have the pleasure of taking on the winners of the Angus Derby between Montrose and Arbroath which is taking place this afternoon.
The final two ties see non League opposition travel to take on League opposition, East of Scotland side Preston Ath travel to high flying Annan Athletic of the Third Division, while another Highland side, Forres Mechanics, are on their travels, this time to East Stirling.
The ties this afternoon are;
Annan Athleticc v Preston Ath
Arbroath v Montrose
East Stirlingg v Forres Mechanics
Girvan v Golspie Sutherland
Whitehill Welfare v Wick Academy
These are all great names and this is what the Scottish Cup is all about, the hopes and aspirations of everybody as they set off to reach their own Cup Final. It is unlikely any of these sides will be at Hampden in May but if Girvan could win their two ties they could end up at Celtic Park or Ibrox which would be their Cup Final.
Ah the romance of it all......
