The South American superstar saw his time at Derby hampered by injuries and failed to reproduce the form he showed while with the Saddlers.

He will forever be remembered as the man who proclaimed that Jesus lived in Walsall, then went off to Derby because they had a bigger stadium, more fans and more money.
