Saddlers have announced details of a Retro Night featuring stars past and present. The club will be launching some excellent goodies that will be a MUST for Saddlers fans. The Official Site has announced details of a package that will be a must for most Saddlers fans. I say this not in jest (rather unusual I know) and I give full credit to the club for this forthcoming promotion

On Thursday July 28th there will be a Retro Night in the Bonser Suite to launch a DVD entitled “Blast From The Past” as well as the 1984 Milk Cup shirt (red with white pin stripes).

The DVD will provide in depth footage and comment on some of the greatest moments in our recent history including the 1983 Milk Cup victory against the mighty Gunners and the semi final defeat against Liverpool in ‘84.

The Play Off Final victories (yes, plural) against Bristol City in ’88 and more recently Reading are also covered as well as the incredible promotion clinching game at home to Oldham and the annihilation of our nearest and dearest from West Bromwich.

Saddlers Stars past and present will be available at the Retro Night to sign your memorabilia.

For years fans have been waiting for the club to produce something like this which will enable us old 'uns relive our youth. The youngsters amongst our flock can watch and drool.
