Danny Sonner has signed in time for this weekends clash at Vale Park between Walsall and the Valients.
Port Vale have extended to loan spell of former Walsall man Danny Sonner. Sonner has been on loan from Peterborough.
Sonner was with us during 2002/2003 and managed make 28 appearances before an uneasy relationship with Colin Lee led to an early exit. His final appearance against Pompey still ranks as one of the best midfield performances we have seen in recent years. That game was certainly his parting shot.
He then made a shock move to Notts Forest where he made 30 plus appearances before joining Peterborough in the Summer. Having failed to make the right kind of impact at London Road he has been with Vale since late February.
Barry Fry has given the Valients the go ahead to play him in this weekends clash with our selves and extend his loan spell until the end of the season.
