Merson likely to stick with same side that beat Bristol City for forthcoming game against MK Dons. Also, have we signed a new player? Paul Merson has indicated in tonights Express and Star that he will field an unchanged side for the visit of MK Dons.

Having beaten Bristol City at Ashton Gate Merson believes that the players who performed so heroically should be given another chance to shine.

This would mean the gaffer is again warming the bench.

However, it could all be a bit of kid-ology on Merson’s part.

Elsewhere there are unconfirmed reports that Walsall have come to a pre contact agreement with a midfielder from North of the border.
