PAYING AGENTS...

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH CLUBS PAY AGENTS? THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE HAS RELEASED A NEW REPORT. 

Interesting things emerging from the report were that

• Only 20% of clubs used agents in transactions.
• Six First Division Clubs refrained from paying agents at all. These were Crewe, Wimbledon, Watford, Preston, Palace an PNE.
• There were 10 Second Division Clubs who took the same stance.
• Derby were the First Divisions biggest spenders. They splashed out £279,000 on Agents Fee's.

What about the Saddlers...

• The Saddlers were involved in 23 transactions.
• We paid out £23,372 in Agents fees. 
• We are ranked 9th when you compare us to the other Division 1 Clubs. (But still below the Division 1 Average which is in the region of £47,000)
