"My contract was terminated by the football club and because of that I'm due certain things.

"There is nothing personal about it, but there is a procedure to follow and I've just got to do what is right for me and my family."

"I've spoken to my lawyer and we'll be taking it as far as we can. All I want is what is owed to me."

Without knowing the "ins and out's" of his contract it is impossible to comment on the situation.

The only thing for certain is that we need this out of the way as soon as possible. Lee knows we aren't loaded. 

We can only hope that anything we pay him isn't all that much, and that it doesn't affect Paul Merson's budget.
