The club have announced that movement in the transfer market is imminent.
In a statement on the official site Lee says that some of the fringe players are currently discussing deals elsewhere, and that he is working on a deal to bring someone in.
Who that someone is remains to be seen, but the favourites have to be either Gary Wales or Northern Ireland defender Mark Williams - both linked to the Saddlers this week.
Then again, Lee may have a young, pacey, hot shot center forward lined up to solve our problems. In reality the player could be a full back, center half or a striker, as they are all areas of the team that need strengthening.
As for those heading through the exit door, we have to presume Hawley and Stanley to be the two most likely candidates. Both have been told they have no futures and both will be keen to find clubs. Lee is allowing the fringe players to leave for free, but is insisting on sell on clauses being incorporated in to deals.
The Saddlers have benefited from such clauses when both Ricketts and Butler have moved on in the past. We will bring you more news on the movements as they happen.
