The Saddlers have acquired the services of young Leeds United keeper Saun Allaway as cover for the injured Aaron Kerr.
Leeds United reserve keeper Saun Allaway has signed up for a stint at the Bescot. This follows the news that our own reserve keeper Aaron Kerr has broken his wrist and will be out for up to 12 weeks.
Allaway, like Kerr is another keeper. He did however cost Leeds £300,000 back in 2000 when they acquired his services from Reading.
Leeds have made sure there is a 24 hour recall clause in the deal, and he can return to Leeds at any time should they need him.
He is eligible for tomorrows game with the Latics , and is expected to take a place on the bench. The deal is one month long.
