After viewing last nights 3-0 win against Solihull, I have created a brief breakdown of each players performance. You can find the match report and team news by reading the match report.

Walker: Didn't really have anything to do but his general handling and kicking was good. Talked well to his defence throughout.

Bazeley: Good 45 minutes. Solid at the back and got forward well.

Matias: Did Ok at wing-back. Drifted in from his left hand position a few times and looked useful.

Emblem: Strong performance, especially in the second half. Good to see him play a full 90 minutes.

Roper: Solid as usual and played well with Emblem.

Aranalde: Played at centre back and defended well and managed the odd attack forward down the left.

Osborn: Excellent. His range of passing was excellent and got forward well. Looks promising for next season.

Oakes: Linked up well with Osborn and always made himself available for the ball.

Wrack: Played very well behind the two strikers. Scored two well taken goals and looked lively.

Leitao. Looked sharp and should have scored when he blazed over when unmarked in the penalty area. Good performance.

Birch: Tried to hard to impress and wasted the ball on a few occasions. Got stuck in and did OK.

 

Subs

Wright: Excellent as right wing-back. Got forward well and looked dangerous.

Hawley: Looked lively and sharp. Often tried to do too much and lost the ball.

Fryatt: Quiet game for the youngster but his positioning was good.

Stanley: Moved about the pitch well but didn't do much.

Bennett: Quiet and ineffective in the middle of the park. Can't see Lee signing him.

Caines: Solid at the back with the help of Emblem's guidance.

Taylor: Got himself involved in the middle of the park but didn't shine.
