Its been a busy week at the Bescot...we have a Bulletin Extra to cover all the essential info!.

 

Lawrence Signs extension.
 

Jamie Lawrence has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the Bescot for another two years. It was revealed earlier this week that Lawrence took a pay cut to join the Saddlers. The deal was always on the cards as long as the Saddlers survived this season.

Lawrence is still doubtful for Sundays clash with Sheffield Wednesday.

 

 

 

Hay on the big stage.
 

The Kiwis have requested that Danny Hay be a part of the Confederations Cup tournament that takes place in France at the end of June.

Hay who is currently injured will hope to be fit for the tournaments  warm up games against Scotland and the USA at the end of May.

We will follow Danny's involvement with interest and produce match reports from the games he is involved in.

 

 

 

No word on Emblem....
 

NorwichTheir has been no official confirmation from the club regarding the future of Neil Emblen. The player was released by Norwich City this week and  joined up with Colin Lee's men to keep his fitness up (well, what fitness he had !) Their is no doubting that Lee would like to make a move for the seasoned campaigner, but with the "Massive Cuts" he is dealing with at the moment it would seem a bit early to speculate.
