The lastest rumours doing the rounds on the message boards is that one of the players we have been looking at is Blackburn Rovers' goalscoring midfielder Craig Hignett. There are players you would like to see at the club and ones you wouldn't, but this is a prospect that would get most fans excited. He was rumoured to be going out on loan to Crewe towards the end of last season, but that fell through, when he got back into the side. This season, though, he is somewhat out of the first team picture and he does fit Lee's description of someone who would want to get into the "shop window". As for his effectiveness? Remember him coming off the bench at Bescot and turning the game on it's head? Remember him ripping us apart away three years ago? At least this looks like ambition!
