Ricoh Arena in running to stage European Champions Cup semi.

Stadium has been lined up for a possible last-four clash between Northampton Saints and the winners of the Racing Metro-Saracens tie

The Ricoh Arena could stage one of this year’s European Champions Cup semi-finals – but Wasps won’t be involved.

The Coventry-based club will play Leinster or Bath at Brighton’s American Express Community Stadium if they manage to get past reigning champions Toulon on Sunday.

But the Ricoh has been lined up for a possible last-four clash between Northampton Saints and the winners of the Racing Metro-Saracens tie.
