BBC Radio Sheffield is only broadcasted throughout South Yorkshire which covers the teams Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Chesterfield, Rotherham United, Barnsley and occasionally Doncaster Rovers. Listeners in South Yorkshire region can listen to BBC Radio Sheffield on 104.1, 88.6 & 94.7 FM and also 1035 MW as some football games are broadcasted on this channel. 

TalkSport have a online listening facility though Iam not sure if they broadcast live commentary on Sports Games.

These radio frequencies are for your home radio only, however their is a online version but I don't think it real time.
