Preston have reportedly tried to sign Sheffield United defender Kozluk on a permanent basis after impressing Billy Davies whilst on loan at Deepdale.
The defender recently underwent a loan period at Deepdale, and boss Billy Davies was keen to secure his contract on a long term basis.
However reports claim that his parent club Sheffield United have rejected an approach for the 27-year-old.
Boss Neil Warnock has not favoured the stopper so far this season after a foot injury ruled him out for four months in August.
However Kozluk has featured more than 150 times for The Blades since his move from Derby in 1999, and Warnock seems reluctant to let him leave with a play-off place still in his grasp.
