LATEST: Play under way again at 2215BST

Day Three

2230: The players are back out on the course but the leaders are unlikely to get more than a handful of holes in for their third round. It means a return to the course early Sunday to finish off before commencing round four.

2130: Still no further play at the Augusta National as the storm cell in the area continues to keep players and spectators under cover. Officials have announced though that the competitors can return to the practice range with a predicted re-start of 2225BST.

1930: Play has frustratingly been suspended for around an hour now after the predicted storms arrived at Augusta National. Around half the field have still to start their third round.

1800: Jose Maria Olazabal has been the main early mover on a wet start to day three. The Spaniard has moved from three over to one under through eight holes and is on offer at 80/1 with Bet365.

1600: As the third round gets under way, World number one Tiger Woods is favourite to don a fifth Green Jacket at Augusta. He can be backed at 4/1 with Sporting Odds and Coral as he bids to make up the five-shot deficit on leader Chad Campbell. Campbell, who is three clear of the chasing pack, is 9/2 chance with Paddy Power. Jim Furyk is the first man off with a marker and he is 300/1 with Sporting Odds. He is 10 shots off the pace.
