Boro will welcome back Mark Schwarzer, Gareth Southgate, George Boateng, Mark Viduka and Yakubu after all five players were rested against for Thursday's Uefa Cup tie against Liteks Lovetch.
Defender Chris Riggott is suspended after receiving a red card at Liverpool last Saturday.
There is no news concerning Boro's injury list since Thursday so Gaizka Mendieta, Ray Parlour, Stewart Downing, Malcolm Christie, Szilard Nemeth, Stuart Parnaby and Tony McMahon all remain unavailable.
It is unclear at this time whether Mad-Dog Pogatetz has recovered from the groin injury that sidelined him for the Litex match.
As Steve McCLaren rested Viduka and Yakubu on Thursday, expect them both to start up fron today with Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink on the bench, possibly along with Massimo Maccarone.
For Spurs, both Aaron Lennon and Teemu Tainio are major doubts with a bruised knee and hamstring strain respectively.
Also, both Mido and Wayne Routledge both require Sunday morning fitness tests on knee ligament problems.
Spurs boss Martin Jol said, "We've come through a difficult sequence of games in an excellent position. If we finish above Arsenal, I think we will have done very well. But I still think the big four clubs will be in the top four spots at the end of the season."
Middlesbrough Squad: Schwarzer, Jones, Bates, Queudrue, Pogatetz, Southgate, Ehiogu, Wheater, Boateng, Doriva, Morrison, Rochemback, Johnson, Kennedy, Yakubu, Hasselbaink, Viduka, Maccarone.
