BOLTON v MIDDLESBROUGH

It's been a topsy turvy start to the campaign for both teams - with Bolton in a seemingly-healthy sixth spot despite struggling to hit top form since the opening day of the season, while Boro's only victory came against none other than champions Chelsea.

It took a last-gasp penalty from Gary Speed for Bolton to beat basement side Watford last time out when the Hornets were guilty of a couple of glaring misses.

And that performance is a real concern for Wanderers because their form at the Reebok last term was a real strength.

It also appears that £8million striker Nicolas Anelka is going to take a couple more games before he's 100% match sharp so now isn't the time to be backing them at around the even money mark.

But Boro themselves have been as frustrating as ever despite Gareth Southgate taking over as manager - beating Chelsea and drawing at Arsenal but losing to Portsmouth and Reading.

They've addressed their defensive concerns with the signings of Jonathan Woodgate and Robert Huth (unlikely to make his debut until next week) but must make do here without skipper George Boateng here who is both injured and suspended.

They do have a decent record against the Trotters though, with no defeats in their last six meetings, and an attritional draw looks the most likely outcome.

Verdict: Bolton 0 Middlesbrough 0

A GUARANTEED PROFIT ON WATFORD v ASTON VILLA
Harry Haverton

The late kick-off on Saturday is an interesting game between Watford and Villa and we can guarantee you a profit on the match, whatever the result.

What we are going to do is back the draw with Betfred in the hope of cashing in the Betfred bonus of your first bet winnings matched, up to £100.

We are also going to back both teams to win so that we ensure that we end up in profit this bet, whatever the result. Read on and you will find out how.

We're going to lay out a total of £110.00 on the match and we will collect £132.00 if it's a draw. If either team collects three points, we will either lose £0.75 or break even and gain £65 in free bets which we can cash in during the week.

Here's how it's done. Just follow these simple instructions.

1. Open accounts with Betfred and Totesport and Stan James. This shouldn't take you any longer than ten minutes.

2. Make the following deposits into your new accounts. Deposit £24 into your new Betfred account. Deposit £40 into your new Totesport account. Deposit £46 into your new Stan James account.

3. Now make the following bets.

Place £24 on the draw at 9/4 with Betfred.

Place £40 on Watford to win at 7/4 with Totesport

Place £46 on Aston Villa to win at 11/8 with Stan James

You have temporarily laid out a total of £110. I stress, temporarily... Now sit back, crack a beer open, crank up the TV and enjoy the match.

4. Here's what happens at the end of the game.

If it's a draw, you will collect £132.00 from Betfred, including your stake back and your first win bonus. This money can be withdraw immediately.

If Watford win, you will collect £110.00 from Totesport

If Aston Villa win, you will collect £109.25 from Stan James.

Stan James will also credit your account with a £25 free bet and Totesport will also credit your new account with a £40 free bet. This offer is not immediately visible on the site but I have it in writing from them that this is their offer to new customers for this weekend.

5. This means that the worst case scenario on the Watford v Aston Villa match is a Villa win and you lose £0.75 but gain £65 in free bets.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all about this bet and we will come straight back to you.

Please note that the free bets and bonuses are valid for new customers only so if you already have an account with one or more of the bookies we are using, you won't be able to do this. If that is the case, contact us and we'll try and find you an alternative.

This method of betting was used very successfully during the World Cup and you can read all about how it was done right here.

It's understandable that some people will not believe that it is possible to do this. "What's the catch?" I hear you asking. My answer to that question is that we have been publishing arbitrage bets for three seasons now and literally hundreds of people have profited from following the advice on these pages.

Just enjoy the profit and stay posted for many more of these throughout the season.
