Keegan ends summer buying spree

Kevin Keegan has told the official web site that his summer spending is now complete.

Marc-Vivien Foe was the last of Keegan’s targets and now that a deal has been completed Keegan believes he can go away on holiday for 2 weeks, sure in his mind that he now has the squad that he wants. Keegan said that he now had everything that was on his wish list, after spending more than £30 million in his first year in charge.

The squad will return for pre season training on the 11th July where Keegan will start gelling a team for the opening day at Leeds. Keegan claims that only if an unbelievable opportunity is put to him will he now consider adding to what he has.
