Doncaster Rovers fans are in complete disbelief because of news that Warren Feeney, who Rovers failed to sign, will move in the summer.
Rovers failed to sign Feeney before the close of the transfer window as they couldn’t meet the agent’s demands.
Doncaster were going to prepare themselves for a summer bid for the player but Luton Town swooped in there and signed Feeney on deadline day.
But shock news of a bust-up between Feeney and new manager Mike Newell which left Newell needing stitches in his eye and Feeney with a broken nose, means Warren Feeney is leaving in the summer.
Newell has already agreed a knockdown-price for Feeney of £100k and as the striker is desperate to move, agents demands should not be a problem.
