Doncaster forward Adriano Rigoglioso has admitted that he may the club in the summer as he doesn’t fit in to Dave Penney’s tactics.

The Liverpool-born Rigoglioso has only made 2 starts this season and 13 substitute appearances and in an interview with Yorkshire post on Thursday, admitted he may leave.

The 25-year old is frustrated at a lack of first-team opportunities and feels he doesn’t fit in with Dave Penney’s standard 4-4-2 formation.

Rigoglioso said:

"I have spoken to the manager about the situation and I know there are a couple of teams who have mentioned my name.”

“You can only play if selected and you cannot score goals when you are watching from the stands. “

“Sometimes it just doesn't work out at clubs and you have got to hold your hands up and move on. Maybe Doncaster Rovers is not the right club for me.”
