McSporran Injures Knee

Jermaine McSporran was stretchered off and taken to hospital in Thursday’s match again Bradford City.

The influential player is suspected to have dislocated knee and possibly fractured the kneecap too.

 

Details are sketchy but it seems likely that McSporran will be out for the rest of the season but as Doncaster are practically out of the playoff running; this should not cause too much harm.

 

If McSporran has a hairline fracture on his kneecap he may have to wear a support when playing football for a while but the worst case scenario is a full fracture of the kneecap in which case Jermaine will be out for a very long time and may never play again.

 

Fans should not worry though as this is unlikely.
