Guy Up for It

Doncaster’s new signing Lewis Guy is up and raring to go against Sheffield Wednesday this Sunday.

Guy is not expected to start, as Penney will probably stick with the reliable partnership of Blundell and Roberts.

 

Guy is keen to get Rovers into the Championship, and show Newcastle what they have missed on.

 

But for Guy, his chance on Sunday is likely to be as a substitute so he will have to push to make a name for himself.

 

Guy said:

 

"It's exciting times for me and I'm looking forward to my time here."

 

"I've come here to score goals and help them get promotion and hopefully I can show Newcastle what their missing out on.”

"The manager's been good to me, but their are two good strikers here, but hopefully if I'm on the bench I can come on and show what I can do."
