Rovers Set To Claw In Liverpool Defender Raven

The official Tranmere Rovers site have stated that they are very close to securing the services of Liverpool defender, David Raven.

The defender was originally on the books at Tranmere, until neighbouring side Liverpool snapped him up for an initial fee of £25,000.

Raven is on loan till the end of the season, and will be Little's forth loan signing of the season.

Raven can play anywhere across the back and is set to be a valuable asset to have in the squad.  The youngster has made one first team appearance for the Reds this season when he played the full ninety minutes of the 2-1 League Cup defeat to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
