Runner’s Up Slot Will Do for Tranmere Fans

After several weeks of voting in the latest Total Tranmere Poll, we can now reveal where you the supporters thought that Rovers would finish in League One at the end of this season. The poll was a three horse race and possibly one of the closest poll results we’ve had so far but there is a winner.
Here’s how the final poll looked at the close of voting:
| Question: Where Will Tranmere Finish in League One? |
| Promoted as Champions |
23% |
| Promoted as Runners Up |
26% |
| Play-Offs |
24% |
| Mid-Table |
18% |
| Relegation |
3% |
| Bottom and Relegated |
6% | Number of votes: 189 |
So with, 26% of the vote, the clear indication is that Rover’s fans feel their side will finish in the Runners-Up slot in League One in May which if it happens will be an improvement on last season when Rovers missed out on the two automatic promotion slots and finished in an agonising third place.
In total, 73% of voters thought that Tranmere would finish no lower than the play-off positions which shows great confidence in the side. 6% voted that Rovers would finish bottom and be relegated which is either the most unbelievably negative Rovers fan or a sabotage from other Club’s fans.
The New Poll looks into a debate that has been a hot topic of debate on the Total Tranmere Message Board in recent weeks. Many fans believe the Cowshed should return to being an area for Home fans with a split Kop between Home and Away Fans at the other end as used to be the case.
