We HAVE to mix it up . Playing 4-5-1 and playing the long ball over to Norwood doesn't`work 99% of the time . Ok it paid off against Altrincham , but the majority of the times , teams have 6`3 centre backs who win them all day long . Even when we counter we are too slow and Don·T break in numbers invariably ending up in the opposition regaining formation and us breaking down in the final third . We either play 4-4-2 and give Norwood a hand or we break AT SPEED and either have a go from outside the box or get quality balls over . BASIC FOOTBALL !
We don't have 5 in midfield, Jennings and Harris spent most of the the game nearer McNulty and Ike than rest of midfield.

Jay worked hard as ever but honest to god every time he had the ball there was no outlet need a different system but we have a manager who can't change

Agreed, wasn't criticism as he has been great for us this season. But today he was poor and we missed him massively in my view.
