Tranmere's new home shirt has been revealed this morning and sees a return of a little bit of green.......
Ahead of the final game of the 2014/15 season at home to Bury this afternoon, it's been a busy morning at Prenton Park with not only the release of next season's season ticket prices but also the launch of the new home kit for next season.
The kit, which can be seen below, features four vertical stripes down one side featuring the return of green to the kit for the first time since the 1990's!

The new home shirt is on sale now both at the Club Shop and online at www.trfcshop.co.ukand will also be shown off on the pitch before the Bury game later this afternoon.
Not bad, but just a pity it's Carbrini, as that infers the same kit deal. A kit supplier who has not been associated to the club in the last 5 years, might have indicated a slightly better deal than even last season, but the same kind of kit sponsor in a lower division means almost certainly the same deal at best and a bit less at worst.
Can't knock the look though and interesting that the new first year pro's are wearing it, as in the past a few seniors have worn one to demonstrate it, but then you could argue that unless one or two of the players contracted this season had definitely agreed to stay for even 1 more season, it would be pointless them sporting a shirt they would not necessarily go on to wear.
Especially as there's no new manager yet, so even players who would stay might not be on his wishlist and could be shipped out.
Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.

Maybe we were still under contract with them, and its not a new deal with the same brand!
Does anyone know what happening with the away kit? The blue one has been used for 2 seasons already, and has just been sold off cheap at the end of the season. Are we getting a new one?
The Silent Knight I'm convinced I read somewhere that we are going back in black for the away kit?
Somebody posted on here. It may have been Journeyman79 who then came up with some designs if I remember rightly?
It could have been I suppose. I'm sure it was something a bit more official and away from a fan forum though, but I can't remember where and I haven't found it since.
