The Tranmere Rovers Trusts' Johnny King Legends Dinner will help to raise money towards the statue of Rovers Legendary Manager which will eventually take pride of place at Prenton Park....

The Tranmere Rovers Trust have teamed up with the Tranmere Former Players Foundation to present a "Johnny King Legends Dinner" in aid of the Johnny King Statue Fund.

The event, which takes place on Thursday 10th April at Hulme Hall in Port Sunlight will feature a meal and other entertainment including former Johnny King legend and guest speaker Pat Nevin as well as impressionist Darren Farley.

The key attraction for fans attending the evening will be the presence of many of Johnny King's former players including almost all of those recently voted into Johnny King's all-time XI team thanks to fan polls run by the Trust last year.

JOHN KING, MANAGER, TRANMERE ROVERS

For any Rovers fan who remembers the fantastic Johnny King era and even for those who are too young to remember, the night is sure to be a great evening of reminiscing and meeting the players that brought so much joy to the Club in that wonderful era.  There will be a raffle and auction on the night with some fabulous Rovers related prizes up for grabs.

Tickets for the event cost £35.00 per person or £300.00 for a table of 10 people, making a discount of £5.00 per person when purchasing a whole tables worth of seats.  There are also sponsorship packages available for the event.
