Tranmere Rovers v Port Vale Match Discussion Thread

If you can't make Tranmere's home game against Port Vale on Saturday afternoon, why not join in the banter right here with other Rovers fans who are unable to attend...
Following football even at League One level is pretty expensive these days and no matter how much you love the Rovers, it will sometimes be difficult to make the games in person whether it be the lengthy away trips, or for exiles living elsewhere in the UK or abroad, the home games too.
As a result, for those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, we at Total Tranmere will be providing this match discussion thread for you to discuss developments with the game.
Tranmere of course, host Port Vale in Sky Bet League One on Saturday afternoon so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on? You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been to watch the game live.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.
also big Sam on the bench, Mooney ill/injured !?!? wondered why young Paddy turned out for the youth side this morning at Rabey, we lost 2 - 3 after going 1 up ! switched off for too long went 1 - 3 before the excellent Evan grabbed a goal 10 from the end
@gony sounded like the lads dug in for each other an for Tranmere Rovers today
dug in - we lost
10 v 11 ? that not mitigation ? sounded (sorry not there) on the Radio that we were playing well as a team ! something again to build on, or dive on pick fault and critisize
as we lost and you think thats the way to support a team
there was plenty of effort especially in the 2nd half and we had some decent chances but they were the better team from start to finish and Fon kept us in the game with some excellent saves.
I am struggling to see when we are going to get out next win, everything seems to be going against us at the moment and im starting to wonder if Ronnie can turn things around.
Don't know what match you were watching but the general concensus around me in the Kop was that we would have hammered them with 11 men.As the Appeal has shown it was not a sending off,it was a fair textbook shoulder charge from both players. We lost to a sublime free kick from what was never a foul, with 10 men for an hour. Some of those players were exhausted after that game & I for one was proud of the fight & effort from the team, just a pity that JLAA can't seem to score in a brothel at the moment & some of his decisions are decidedly dodgy, even though he did put the effort in

we wouldn't hammer anybody at the moment and certainly would not have hammered vale.
We had 1 chance before the sending off which was when JLAA hit the side netting besides that we had created nothing where as they created several chances and hit the post.
