Away End Information

Visiting fans are usually situated in the Copse Road open terrace which is at the near end of the Stadium to the Car Park (as you approach by road) and around 1,750 fans can be housed in this area which as well as being uncovered is also unseated.

For visiting fans who are elderly or with a young family, a very limited number of seats are usually made available in the Main Stand right near to the main away end but this does consist of just three seats per row at the end of the Stand so booking in advance may be advisable if a larger away following is expected.

Last season, due to low demand for visiting fans, Rovers supporters were given the seated area at the end of the side Stand opposite the Main Stand rather than the open terrace but this is the first time in four visits that this has occurred and usually we are out in the open so be prepared if there is wet weather.

Getting to Huish Park

By Car

Leave the M5 Motorway at Junction 25 and take the first exit on the roundabout onto the A358 signposted Yeovil.  There are speed cameras on this road and after around ten miles at the Southfields Roundabout, take the first exit onto the A303 signposted Andover, London.

After five miles take the second exit at the Hayes End Roundabout, remaining on the A303 signposted Andover, London.  After a further four miles at the Cartgate roundabout take the third exit onto the A3088 towards Yeovil.

After around three miles take the first exit at the roundabout onto Bunford Lane (signposted Houndstone and Lufton Trading Estates) and a mile later after passing Asda and the Chippy on the right, take the first roundabout exit again onto Lufton Way (still signposted Houndstone and Lufton Trading Estates) and the Stadium Car Park is a few hundred yards down this road on the right hand side.

Parking

There is a fair sized car park at the ground, which costs £2.00 or otherwise there is plenty of street car parking to be had on the roads leading down to the ground.

As anyone who has been to Yeovil before by car or coach will know, there is only one access road of the industrial estate where the Ground is situated so leaving after the game can take a fair amount of time to reach the main road out depending on the attendance on the day but do allow extra time when leaving the Ground.

By Train

Despite this season's match being on a Saturday afternoon, travel by train from Liverpool or Chester to Yeovil remains extremely difficult just as it has in past seasons, particularly with regard to being able to return all the way home on the same day as the game.

All Coach Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled fixture date and the Club operates a NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL policy on board the Coaches.

Food and Drink

Apart from a Fish and Chip Shop which is a good 15-20 minute walk from the Stadium, there are very few places to eat around the Stadium.  Last season, there was a Burger Van at the far end of the Ground from the Club Car Park (walk down past the Club Shop and Players Entrance and then turn left behind the other stand where the Van is).  This served excellently priced Burgers and Sausage Baps amongst other food items.

For Alcohol, there is a marquee outside the Stadium (again walk down past the Players Entrance and Club Shop and you will see the marquee on the right hand side).  Away fans are allowed in here where there is a bar and a TV which last season was showing Sky Sports News before the game although on some occasions away fans may be refused entry if wearing colours although we had no trouble last season as Rovers Fans.

Aside from the marquee, there are three Pubs in the area around the Ground but like the Chippy, these are all at least a 15-20 minute walk from the Ground.  These are called ‘The Bell', The Arrow and ‘The Airfield Tavern'.
