With the 2008-09 season having drawn to a close and with the close-season transfer rumour madness already in full flow, we feel the time has come to announce our latest site poll to gauge your opinion on where the squad lies in terms of next season.

With a number of players out of contract this season and rumours abound that a number of them are set to leave the Club, we are asking you to vote on who you think is the main player that should be kept in the squad during the summer months.
Players out of contract during the close-season include key players from the team that almost made the end of season play-offs including captain Antony Kay and perhaps even more crucially Steven Jennings.

Steve Jennings is one of a number of Key Players Out of Contract
Also out of contract are players including Danny Coyne, Ben Chorley, Edrissa Sonko and Ian Moore but which player is the one that you feel is the most important to keep for the new campaign?
Last season the loss of Paul McLaren and Robbie Stockdale amongst others, made some Rovers fans fear the worst for the season ahead but in the end the squad finished up higher than the season before and maybe this could also happen next season?
To cast your vote simply go to the latest poll which can be found on every page of Total Tranmere usually at the bottom of the left hand menu so make your vote count and we will bring you the results in a few weeks, by which time we hope the player voted the most important will still be with the Club.
